Since making Nanaimo her home in 2014, she has embraced the island lifestyle and is passionate about helping others do the same.

Born and raised in Vancouver, exploring BC’s expansive natural playground has always been where I found myself most at peace. Introduced to travel at a young age, I found a passion for experiencing new places, people, and cultures. While I still love to travel, that peaceful feeling of connectedness each time I land back in B.C, cemented that B.C. was indeed my home and where I am meant to be. After graduating from Simon Fraser University with a degree in Psychology, I found my interest in people and the outdoors and it took me to Whistler B.C. I spent the next 10 years using my communication and relationship building skills, across the tourism and hospitality sectors, in addition to a not-for-profit social enterprise. Moving from a big city, to small mountain towns, and now Vancouver Island, I have an appreciation for the diversity and accessibility Vancouver Island offers its residents'.
